The techniques I use at LMF are taken directly from my time as a PTI so you can be assured that the boot camp training you experience is authentic and effective. While I make no apology for how challenging the workouts are, I take care to tailor activities for each person’s level of fitness and ability. For that reason, all LMF participants are required to complete a health questionnaire before taking part.
I understand that committing yourself to regular physical exercise is a challenging prospect. If boot camps were easy, everyone would be fit. But they’re not. And only you can make it happen.
My commitments to you are that:
- I will be there, four times a week, come rain or shine
- I will motivate you the same successful way I have motivated thousands of soldiers in the British Army
- I will vary the programme appropriately to ensure it is always challenging and fun
- You will notice the difference

I joined LMF about 4 months ago as an unfit, nearly 16 stone truck driver. I am now regularly running 5k, lost nearly 1 and a half stone in weight and feeling a hell of a lot better…I’d be bored of the gym by now but look forward to Tuesday night at 7.00pm….
…The effort all the instructors put in into providing such varied and challenging classes is super impressive and I have always finished classes on a (knackered) high! It can be hard to get motivated to exercise, but LMF makes it both fun and worthwhile...

…I was encouraged to join by a fellow triathlete. What a great decision! When we were allowed to train outside in groups I was instantly made to feel welcome. Loved the set up and the mix of exercises and yes some feel like beastings – pushing an ice block up an incline in the snow)!
